Payment is made monthly, not for individual classes, and the day the first payment is made is taken as a reference.
You can make the payment by:
• Transfer or deposit in banks such as Popular, Banreservas, BHD and Qik.
• Payment by credit or debit card via a payment link. Please note that this option has an additional charge of 5%.
Yes, before starting, we will provide you with a list to evaluate your current status and another with the list of foods in the nutritional protocol.
The nutritional protocol is sent between 2 and 3 business days after confirming your payment. Sundays are not considered business days.
The exercise routines are varied and will be sent the night before the training day.

Each routine includes demonstration videos. These videos are sent with the routines in the first shipment and are not repeated in subsequent shipments.
Yes, online clients must send videos of their exercises so that they can be corrected appropriately.
Yes, you must take four photos at the beginning and end of the month (one from the back, one from the front, and one from each side).
Photos can be taken in a sports bra, shorts or underwear, depending on your preference.
No photos or transformations will be uploaded to social media without your prior authorization. Your privacy is our priority.
